She is a certified strength and stretch specialist dedicated to helping women feel strong, confident, and in control of their bodies, especially during the transformative years of menopause. After training in the Elasko system, where she became a master trainer, she moved on to develop her own system as she went through menopause & realised the specific training needs of women at this stage of their lives. She understands the physical and emotional changes that come with menopause and creates customised programs that meet women where they are—whether they're managing fatigue or changes in body composition.
