But it wasn't until she faced her own journey through perimenopause that her mission became crystal clear. Determined to find real answers, Pippa dived deep into specialist training, becoming a certified Menopause Coaching Specialist and Precision Nutritionist.
Today, she helps women in their 40s and 50s navigate the messy, misunderstood world of midlife with strength, confidence, and science-backed support.
