We have over 400 different uses for estrogen alone in our bodies, so as we go through our forties and fifties, we notice the effects of this roller coastering in every part of our physical health, our mindset and our lives.

Fit & Fierce After 40 was born out of real friendship and real results. After years of friendship, working independently with women in their forties and fifties — we have both helped hundreds of local women to overcome everything from low energy, weight gain and emotional eating to anxiety, self-sabotage, and hormonal chaos — then we had a moment of clarity:
"What if we joined forces? What if we combined our superpowers and reached out to help more women worldwide, but together as a united force?"
And just like that, the idea for our fierce flames community took off. What started as a one-time group program has now turned into a full-blown movement. Because the truth is: you really don't need another health trend. You only need a plan that actually works — and people who truly care. We've been there. We've helped so many women turn it around. And now we want to help you do the same.

Your Stretch & Strength Specialist

Louise is a 56-year-old mum of two teens who has over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry.

She is a certified strength and stretch specialist dedicated to helping women feel strong, confident, and in control of their bodies, especially during the transformative years of menopause. After training in the Elasko system, where she became a master trainer, she moved on to develop her own system as she went through menopause & realised the specific training needs of women at this stage of their lives. She understands the physical and emotional changes that come with menopause and creates customised programs that meet women where they are—whether they're managing fatigue or changes in body composition. Her unique approach combines functional strength training with targeted stretching techniques designed to support hormonal balance, improve flexibility, reduce joint pain, and build muscle safely and sustainably Empowering, encouraging, and deeply knowledgeable, Louise offers amazing classes where women can reconnect with their bodies, reclaim their energy, and build lasting strength from the inside out.
Pippa is a 48-year-old mum of two teens and for the past 6 years, she has been guiding women through some of life's toughest challenges — from anxiety, addictions, and sleep struggles to trauma release, self-sabotage and binge eating. As a fully certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Mindfulness Teacher, and NLP Practitioner (licensed, insured and UK-accredited), she brings both compassion and clinical precision to every transformation. But it wasn't until she faced her own journey through perimenopause that her mission became crystal clear. Determined to find real answers, Pippa dived deep into specialist training, becoming a certified Menopause Coaching Specialist and Precision Nutritionist. Today, she helps women in their 40s and 50s navigate the messy, misunderstood world of midlife with strength, confidence, and science-backed support. Her approach is holistic but practical, combining mindset shifts, movement motivation, nutritional support, and deep emotional work. She helps women rebuild their relationship with food, rediscover joy in movement, and fall back in love with their changing bodies. With Pippa's guidance, women stop just "coping" with midlife and start thriving. They rediscover their energy, reclaiming their resiliency and restoring their confidence so they can start living with joy once again.
